This week’s construction update
Wailuku Parking Structure:
The Hawaiian Dredging crews continued with work on the concrete columns and walls for the parking structure. Additional sections of the ground floor concrete pavement were also poured this week. The Hawaiian Dredging crews are also continuing to work on the formwork for the second floor concrete beams.

Main and Church Street Intersection Paving:
The MIRA crews complete the re-paving the Main and Church Street intersection this past week. We appreciate the public’s cooperation during the Main Street closure on Wednesday and Thursday nights.

General Notices:
Due to the ongoing work on Vineyard Street, motorists and pedestrians should be cautious when traversing through the area. Please also drive with caution on Vineyard Street as lane closures will be occurring during the day.
The Wailuku Parking lot is now completely closed. Parking is available in various locations, as well as free shuttle service on Da Bee (includes parking at Maui Lani Safeway, Wells Park and War Memorial Stadium Parking Lot) and various “flower” stops in Wailuku.
